media in all forms, print, broadcast, outdoor, direct mail and
presenting alternatives;
- Supervising artwork,
production and typesetting, overseeing printing and distribution
as requested;
- Creating, writing
and production supervision of trade show attractions, promotions
and materials.
- Trademark research
services regarding your company's trade names now used or proposed;
- Meetings with your
organization as needed and requested, usually on a weekly basis,
and telephone consultation.
Your only exclusions
from the pay-one-price fee are purchases of outside creative services
authorized in advance by your organization, (such as specialized
artwork designs and/or execution, custom-composed jingles or commercial
music, digital video editing), material (such as printing, direct
mail and postage costs, banners, store signage, video tape duplication
and packaging) and the cost of media itself (such as radio, television,
cable TV time, magazines, flyers, or outdoor) made on the behalf
and with your direct approval. Media is to be paid on a cash-with-order
basis. Such purchases will be executed only with the express advance
approval of your company.
